  • Your Contributions do not contain obscene, vulgar, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable content, as determined by us.
  • Your Contributions refrain from mocking, ridiculing, intimidating, or abusing individuals.
  • Your Contributions do not serve to harass, threaten, or incite violence against specific persons or groups.
  • Your Contributions adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and rules.
  • Your Contributions respect the privacy and publicity rights of third parties.
  • Your Contributions are not in violation of any laws concerning child pornography or intended to safeguard the welfare of minors.
  • Your Contributions refrain from incorporating offensive comments based on race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
  • Your Contributions avoid violating these Terms of Use, any applicable laws or regulations, or linking to content that does so.

Any use of the Site contrary to the principles outlined above constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use and may lead to actions such as suspension or termination of your access rights to the Site.

 

  1. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You maintain full ownership of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights connected to them. Any statements or representations within your Contributions are your responsibility, and you agree not to hold us liable for them or take legal action against us due to your Contributions.

We retain the sole and absolute discretion to: (1) edit, alter, or modify any Contributions; (2) re-categorize Contributions to better fit appropriate sections on the Site; and (3) pre-screen or remove any Contributions at our discretion and without notice. While we are not obligated to monitor your Contributions, we reserve the right to do so.

 

  1. SUBMISSIONS

You recognize and consent that any queries, comments, suggestions, concepts, feedback, or other information about the Site ("Submissions") that you provide to us are non-confidential and become our exclusive property.
